Wastewater Treatment Plant Chief Operator, Medfield, Massachusetts
The Town of Medfield, MA is seeking applicants for the position of WWTP Chief Operator. The position works under the general direction of the Public Works Director, and performs managerial functions for the WWTP and pumping station operations. The position guides the wastewater systems operations and contract activities. Experience in wastewater treatment plant operation, understanding of State and Federal rules and regulations, knowledge of SCADA and maintenance management software and knowledge of personnel and supervisory principle are desirable. Full time, benefit eligible position, Hourly range: $62K to $80K DOQ. Five to seven years experience with wastewater operations and projects and a Massachusetts Grade 6 Wastewater Operator’s license required. Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled.
