Water Distribution System Operator
The Seekonk Water District seeks qualified candidates for a full time (40) hour position in Water Distribution.
Responsibilities include: Technical and manual work in operation, repair, servicing of the water distribution system, including water mains, service lines, gate valves and hydrants. Install/repair/reading of water meters. Performs periodic water quality sampling. Rotating on-call schedule.
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate; experience in municipal water preferred; current or the ability to obtain MA Drinking Water Operators License; current driver’s license.
